Koh Lipe is a Michelin recommended Southern Thai restaurant in Toronto that was opening its second location in the city. The new location was much larger so it was a  challenge was to replicate the artistic charm and scale of the original location. Our approach was to create three zones based on the experiences on the actual Koh Lipe island itself. Within each zone we worked closely withe Client and their artisans to include authentic Thai features. The concept is set up so it can continue to evolve artistically as the Owners become inspired by a new flavour or artifact.
